Jill AND Mary

Jillian Noel Shennessy, born 25th November 1968 in Canada is a Canadian actor and singer who was honored for her outstanding contributions to American television. The show has been highly praised for her exceptional performance on the American television show Law & Order in which she played Claire Kincaid as a prosecutor for three seasons, and Crossing Jordan, wherein she portrayed Jordan Cavanaugh the main character for six years. Hennessy demonstrated her skills in independent films like Chutney Popcorn or The Acting Class. Hennessy was first noticed in the year 1988 with her sister in the role of twin call girls in the film Dead Ringers. She briefly appeared in Buddy the Musical - The Buddy Holly Story at Broadway in 1990. It was 1993 when Hennessy left the realm of musicals and into the genre of sci-fi as Dr. Marie Lazarus. Her breakthrough came after the season ended in the form of a role as Assistant District Attorney Claire Kincaid on the hit NBC drama Law & Order. She mesmerized audiences in this character for three seasons before the end of 1996 when she left. Mary Louise Parker.......................Mary-Louise Parker (born August 2 1964, height 5' 7 1/2" (1,71 m)) is an American actress best known for her current lead role on Showtime's television series Weeds portraying Nancy Botwin for which she has received several nominations and the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in 2006. Parker has appeared on films and TV series like RED Fried Green Tomatoes Boys at The Side and The West Wing Angels, for which Parker earned an Golden Globe Award as well as an Emmy Award. Parker has also been awarded the Tony Award for Best Actress 2001 for her performance in the Broadway show Proof.
